Arsenic Removal

Ceraflow-50 is a robust filter media that can handle ferric co-precipitation of arsenic (As+5) at 10 gpm/ft2 (24.4 m/h).

• Arsenic 3+ is first oxidized to Arsenic +5 and co-precipitated with ferric iron.
• Ceraflow-50 low backwash rates significantly reduce waste generation and consumption of finished water.
• Filtration effluent quality will remain stable under high flow rates and high-pressure differentials preventing contaminants from reaching finished water.
• Both Ceraflow-50 have no predicted end of life and are virtually indestructible.
