CERAPURE-MAC™
Cerapure-MAC is a revolutionary patented blend of manganese dioxide (MnO2), metal alloy and carbon coated onto a granular ceramic filter media. The permanent coating is applied to an indestructible ceramic granule and the MnO2 is exceptional at iron and manganese removal with both oxygen or oxidant chemicals. The copper / zinc alloy & carbon blend provides a strong and highly reductive surface for removal of oxidation chemicals.
